Minimum 2 years relevant experience working with residential substance use treatment in either community based or corrections based programming.  Familiarity with electronic health records and electronic medication administration records.  Familiarity with statistics gathering and reporting preferred.  Position will conduct client interviews; coordinate clinical care for Substance Use Disorder treatment with providers, coordinate with case managers, discharge planning and re-entry; medication pass for MAT; ability to work with clients during incarceration and maintain communication with clients after incarceration; complete all information as required by the grant and other duties as assigned.
