BERKSHIRE COUNTY SHERIFF’S HOUSE,
JAIL AND HOUSE OF CORRECTION
Position: Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) Program Case Manager
Duties Include: Responsible for the care of residents in the MOUD Program, including compiling needs assessments, assessing and analyzing pertinent information to develop and revise individualized service plans; establishing and maintaining relations with community agencies, submitting reports and data as required; perform duties to promote the effective and efficient operations of the MOUD program in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice or related field and/or 5 years relevant experience; working knowledge of the principals regarding social case work; experience with residential substance use treatment in either community based or corrections based program. Current Substance Use License as a Counselor (CADAC, CASAC, LADAC-1 or LADAC-2) or currently in the process of obtaining Substance Use License.
Salary: $$49,000-$55,000/year commensurate with experience. This is a grant funded position with MA State Employee benefits offered, including:
