Several months ago Pittsfield High School student Chris Nadeau was struck by a car while riding his bike. He sustained minor injuries, but his bike was destroyed. It was an expensive bike and his family couldn’t afford to replace it for him. Upon hearing this, Sheriff Bowler and the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office decided to replace his bike, and one morning Chris was surprised with a brand new bike at school. Along with the picture of Chris receiving his brand new bike, is a Thank You letter from him.
