Officers Todd O’Neil and Jacob Gaylord were among 22 Law Enforcement and Fire rescue personnel who attended the Officer Down Rescue Instructor training presented by Tactical EMS.
The 3 day training sponsored by the Western Region Homeland Security Advisory Council and held at the Swift River Sportsman Club included vehicle rescues, tourniquet application, chest seals, quick clot, shooting behind cover and on the move.
