The Civil Process Division of the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for serving legal documents and court papers from all Massachusetts courts, as well as from courts in other counties or states.
The Civil Process Division handles approximately 12,000 documents a year and is proud to offer professional, courteous service to attorneys and the public in a timely manner.
